This is a beautifully scorching multilayered atmospheric black metal album that I loved at first listen and still grows on me even more with every spin. From beginning to end it doesnt let up with the riffs and the multi howl attack. Im looking forward to the next one and really anything Mare Cognitum is involved in. stevenbeverage

Albeit the physical CD has been part of my home since its release, this was still missing in my bandcamp collection and White Ward need any support they can get more than ever. Honestly, I even would have re-bought this if they did not, as this record is the best possible way that the band's sound could have evolved after Futilty Report. No need for flowery language: this is everything its predecessor was, but even better and more fleshed out. We do not deserve this and we hardly ever will. David Fischer

I don't really like black metal much. But... this is pitched far enough from the archetypes of the genre that I can actually enjoy it as the beautiful piece of progressive metal that it is. Lethologica82
